How it began
Moon Tim's started as a roadside grill shack lit by lanterns on the edge of town.
A few cast-iron pans, a small oak fire, and a stubborn belief that good steak
didn’t have to be complicated.
Over the decades, the shack grew into a full dining room, but the heart never changed:
fire, patience, and honest flavor.
How it feels now
Today, Moon Tim's is where date nights, anniversaries, and celebrations all end up.
The lights are warmer, the menu is deeper, and the service is tuned to make guests
feel like regulars on their first visit.
It’s still about fire-grilled steak, cast-iron sides, and a dining room that feels
like the best version of home.
